Chef John
With over 35 Years of expertise in the Culinary Field, Chef John is an accomplished Chef. In 1985, He completed his apprenticeship and earned his Journeyman ticket and Red Seal. Through his travels, Chef John has had the privilege of experiencing many great ethnic cuisines. If you can dream it, he can create it. Chef John has been a member of the Federation of Chef De Cuisine, earned his Cordon Bleu and numerous awards and accolades.
Chef Mike
With over 35yrs of cuisine experience mostly in smoke barbecue has had the privilege of hosting events such as weddings birthdays private functions. I’m also honored to have hosted many events at Calgary stampeders football club. 33 yrs in total and still to this day. Currently I have a mobile smoker and a food truck to be completed in 2022/2023. I have completed my food handling certification and have my pitboss certification.
